Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Billy D. Penn, 25, of 13924 Spring Road in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with residential burglary, two counts of breaking or entering, theft of property, criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Penn was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Bentonville
• Arthur James Lewis IV, 26, of 1309 S.E. Moberly Lane Apt. 16 was arrested Thursday in connection with battery and rape. He was arrested in connection with rape of a child and domestic battering of another child. His arrest was the result of an investigation by Bentonville police and the Arkansas State Police, according to a news release from the Bentonville Police Department. Lewis was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
• Steven Bobby Hughes, 18, of 1000 Flynt St. was arrested Friday in connection with terroristic threatening. Hughes was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Washington County Sheriff's Office
• Ralph Randall, 51, of 4150 E. Arkansas 264 in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Randall was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

• A stolen vehicle was reported at 7:04 p.m. Thursday near the Fayetteville Public Library, 401 W. Mountain St.
• An assault or battery was reported at 8:29 p.m. Thursday at 3001 W. Wedington Drive No. 58.
• A shooting was reported at 1:46 a.m. Friday at 3001 W. Wedington Drive No. 82. Police found spent shell casings and detectives are investigating, according to Fayetteville Police.

• A stolen vehicle was reported at 8:14 a.m. Friday near the Hampton Inn & Suites, 1700 S. 48th St.
