Hutchinson, firms say pact with Canada, Mexico crucial

\Gov. Asa Hutchinson and Arkansas business leaders on Tuesday sent a unified message to the Trump administration about pending trade negotiations: Change is fine, but do no harm to the state's trading relationships with Mexico and Canada.
