Fayetteville

• Joe Allen, 30, of Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the purpose of delivery and failure to appear. Allen was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center on bonds of $54,500.

• Tommie Smith, 34, of 328 E. Village Drive was arrested Sunday in connection with burglary and battery. Smith was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• Avery Martin, 24, of 788 Cleveland St. was arrested Sunday in connection with battery. Martin was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,935 in bonds.

Rogers

• Mandy Lou Guthrie, 36, of 1616 S. Pianalto Road in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Guthrie was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Robert Pecina, 20, of 516 Heart St. Apt. C was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pecina was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Gerard Emmius, 23, of 4105 Mohawk Circle was arrested Sunday in connection with battery after getting into a fight at the Springdale jail. Emmius was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

• Krystle Slyter, 27, of Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and tampering with physical evidence. Slyter was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

Fire

Fayetteville

• A structure fire was reported at 9:14 p.m. Monday at 699 N. Wordsworth Lane. The townhouse had fire and smoke coming from the west side when firefighters arrived, according to a fire department incident report. Six of the eight people who lived in the apartment were home, and no one was injured, according to the report. Fire marshals are investigating.

• A vehicle fire was reported at 8:49 a.m. Monday along North College Avenue.

• Construction theft reported at 8:53 a.m. Monday at 1901 S.W. Nottingham Ave.

• Stolen vehicle reported at 9:54 a.m. Monday at 3610 S.W. Regional Airport Blvd.

• Robbery was reported at 10:02 a.m. Monday at CVS Pharmacy at 3545 N. Shiloh Drive.

Springdale

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 2:17 p.m. Monday at 806 Twin City Ave.
