NWA organization fixes, donates 1,800 bicyles by three-year mark

A bicycle can be a tool for exercise, mental health, transportation, bonding or just plain fun.

Pedal It Forward NWA

The group seeks volunteers who are willing to learn the skills needed to repair bicycles.

It also accepts money to pay for parts, helmets and discount new bicycles. Donations can be made at many area bike shops.

Bicycle donations can be made at 4302 N.W. Wishing Spring Road in Bentonville on Mondays after 5:30 p.m. or Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon.
