FAYETTEVILLE -- A section of Frisco Trail will be closed starting Tuesday to replace the original cracked asphalt.
Crews will work through Friday. Construction will require closing the trail from Maple Street to Frisco Avenue, according to a city news release.
The city applied for a grant through the Arkansas Department of Transportation and received $56,000 for the repair, said Matt Mihalevich, city trails coordinator.
Detour routes will be marked during the trail's construction.
