Deputies identified in Washington County man's shooting death

FAYETTEVILLE -- The Washington County Sheriff's Office has identified the three deputies involved in Sunday's fatal shooting.

Cpl. Justin Bocchino, Cpl. Addison Webb and Cpl. Emilio Zacarias are the three deputies who responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 9:45 p.m. Sunday at 19496 Neills Bluff Road in which Terry Don King was shot after officers said he pointed a shotgun at them. King, 50, died at the house.

The three deputies are on paid administrative leave, which is normal procedure for the Sheriff's Office, while the incident is under investigation by the Arkansas State Police.

The State Police will send the findings to the prosecutor, who decides whether charges will be filed.
