Paul Manafort (right) was interviewed by the FBI in 2013 and 2014, years before becoming President Donald Trump’s campaign adviser, according to documents released this week.

WASHINGTON -- Paul Manafort, a former campaign chairman for President Donald Trump, was interviewed by the FBI twice while he was working as a political consultant for a Ukrainian political party -- several years before he was named a top adviser to Trump, newly filed court documents show.
