Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Jimmy Lee Rayburn, 33, of 505 Cherokee Drive in Gentry was arrested Sunday in connection with theft by receiving and possession of firearms by certain persons. Rayburn was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Marvin Emir Barrientos, 27, of 200 S.W. Suburban Lane was arrested Saturday in connection with furnishing prohibited articles and possession of a controlled substance. Barrientos was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Shawn Landrus, 46, of 204 Rains St. in Pea Ridge was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance. Landrus was released Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.

• Timothy Marrs, 27, of 19123 Shoreline Way in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the purpose of delivering, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Marrs was released Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

Pea Ridge

• Lyle Russell White, 40, of 14483 It'll Do Road was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing and tampering with physical evidence. White was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Rogers

• Jarrid Lee Vest, 34, of 15631 Battlefield Road in Garfield was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and domestic battering. Vest was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Bill Jeur, 34, of 580 E. Randall Wobbe Lane was arrested Sunday in connection with fleeing and leaving the scene of an accident with injury. Jeur was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• Andrew Palmer, 19, of 914 Powell St. Apt. 6 was arrested Saturday in connection with false imprisonment, assault on a family member, terroristic threatening, violation of a no contact order and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. Palmer was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• William Sanders, 26, of 1609 Horseshoe Drive was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and false imprisonment. Sanders was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• David Snyder, 39, of 18264 S. U.S. 71 in West Fork was arrested Saturday in connection with three counts of aggravated assault. Snyder spun his truck around a vehicle with a child and two women and created a "substantial danger," according to a preliminary police report. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• Firefighters put out a kitchen fire at 3:58 p.m. Sunday at 942 W. Holly St. Apt. 1. The damage was contained to some of the cabinets.

Arkansas State Police

• State troopers are investigating after a vehicle ran into Golden Kolache Bakery on West Wedington Drive in Fayetteville on Sunday. The driver left the scene. Law enforcement officials think the same vehicle was involved in another hit-and-run incident on Interstate 49. Law enforcement officials know who the suspect is and are looking for him, Fayetteville spokesman Sgt. Anthony Murphy wrote in a message Monday. Arkansas State Police did not have more information Monday.

• Assault or battery was reported at 9:56 p.m. Sunday at 940 E. Arlington Terrace.

• Assault or battery was reported at 3:42 p.m. Sunday at 2060 N. Chestnut Ave. Apt. 16.

• Assault or battery was reported at 3:05 p.m. Sunday at 980 W. Cleveland St. Apt. 3.

• Assault or battery was reported at 11:18 a.m. Sunday at 1803 W. Deane St.

• Fayetteville police said a man was taken to the hospital after a black SUV hit him at 1:32 p.m. Monday at Harps grocery store on North Garland Avenue. The investigation was ongoing Monday afternoon, a spokesman said.
