Kathryn Suzanne Chisenhall became the bride of Christopher Hunter Peterson at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 14, in Central Park Green at Alys Beach, Fla. Brian Strickfaden of Dallas officiated.

Martha and Lawrence Chisenhall of Little Rock are the parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Jane and the late Dennis Shackleford of El Dorado and the late Mildred and Edwin Chisenhall of Osceola.

The groom is the son of Cynthia and David Peterson of Germantown, Tenn. His grandparents are Charlotte and the late Reuben Peterson, the late Lula Burkett and the late Lloyd Burkett, all of Memphis.

Vows were exchanged under a birch arbor decorated with sprays of white and blush roses, stock, hydrangeas, clematis and baby's breath. Music, including "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" and "Joyful, Joyful" was by piano and violin duo, Top Hat Live.

The bride, escorted by her father, wore an ivory gown of crepe, lace and illusion. The fitted sleeveless bodice with a high-neckline and racer-style back was embellished with Alencon lace and ivory beading. The skirt extended to a chapel-length train of illusion and lace. She carried a bouquet of white and blush roses, stock and hydrangeas.

Matron of honor was Mollie Gathright of El Dorado, cousin of the bride. She wore blush-colored wrap-style gown and carried a smaller version of the bridal bouquet.

Flower girl and ring bearers were Addison Chisenhall and Wyn Chisenhall of Mandeville, La., niece and nephew of the bride, and Brooks Peterson of Dallas, nephew of the groom.

The groom's honor attendants were his father and his brother, David Peterson Jr. of Dallas.

Guests were seated by Clay Chisenhall of Mandeville and Mark Chisenhall of Plano, Texas, brothers of the bride.

A tented reception, also at Central Park Green, was held after the ceremony. Table arrangements included glass cylinders holding white pillar candles, arrangements of wedding flowers, lanterns and votive candles. Music was by The Compositionz.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in advertising and public relations from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and is a senior marketing manager with Nobilis Health Corporation in Dallas.

The groom has a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in sports management from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. He is a medical device sales representative with Stryker.

The couple will make their home in Dallas and plan a fall wedding trip to Germany, Switzerland and Italy.
