• Juan Carlos Torres, 18, of 16351 Boll Weevil Lane in Garfield was arrested Wednesday in connection with three counts of forgery and possession of a controlled substance. Torres was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Rebekah Ann Wiser, 34, of 100 Eighth Ave. N.W. in Gravette was arrested Thursday in connection with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and fleeing. Wiser was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Robert Haenisch, 57, 1715 Gordon St. in Columbia, Mo., was arrested Wednesday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Haenisch was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Derek Preston, 27, of 506 Stanton Drive in Clarksville was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault and terroristic threatening. Preston was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Martin Mariano Martinez, 25, of 1272 Apache Trail was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft by receiving. Martinez was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Codi Shelley, 31, of 20754 S. Vanzant Road in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Shelley was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,170.
• Jessica Osburn, 28, of 311 E. Adams St. in Lincoln was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of a motor vehicle. Osburn was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
