Casey Taylor reported April 20 he and his wife, Angela, made arrangements to adopt Domnick's baby through Vaughn Cordes, who specializes in Marshallese adoptions, according to a probable cause affidavit.

The agreement was completed in December. It required the couple to provide financial assistance to Domnick throughout her pregnancy and she had up to 1o days after the child was born to change her mind about putting her child up for adoption, according to court documents.

Casey Taylor told police they began to see social media posts that Domnick wasn't going to follow through with the adoption, according to court documents.

Domnick and her child's father, Zhang Tarkwon, made a post Feb. 11 concerning a gender reveal party and that said "mommy and daddy are so excited to meet you," according to the affidavit.

Domnick also made a post in March about a crib being put together for her baby, according to the affidavit.

Domnick was suppose to contact Cordes when she went into labor and he would inform the Taylors, but they never received any notification about her giving birth April 1, according to the affidavit. The Taylors learned of the baby's birth after seeing a "Tweet" by Domnick about being in the hospital, according to the affidavit.

Cordes informed the couple Domnick withdrew her consent for adoption, according to the affidavit.

Casey Taylor told police he and his wife found a Facebook page under the name Domnick chose for the baby and created on March 3, according to court documents.

Domnick received $7,430 from the Taylors between Dec. 9 and March 1, according to the affidavit.

The Taylors believe Domnick never intended to follow through with the adoption. Domnick told police she changed her mind and didn't know she had to repay the money, according to the affidavit.

Domnick's arraignment is set for 8 a.m. Oct. 9 in Circuit Judge Brad Karren's court.

Julita Jabuwe, 36, of Springdale was placed on 10 years state supervised probation in May after pleading guilty to defrauding a prospective adoptive parent. She admitted taking money from two couples wanting to adopt her child. She was ordered to repay $11,022 to the couple that didn't adopt her child.
