Little Rock traffic stop nets meth, pot, 3 arrests

Three people face multiple felony charges after authorities found 20 pounds of methamphetamine and 10 pounds of marijuana last week, according to police reports.

Tywonne Hale, 30; Brandon Sisk, 32; and Shawna Jordan, 27, all of North Little Rock, were arrested Thursday afternoon near the intersection of East Roosevelt Road and Bankhead Drive, Little Rock police reports said.

Officers with the agency's Violent Crime Apprehension Team were assisting an "interdiction squad" with a traffic stop on a 2017 Chevrolet when, according to the report, state police stopped the Chevrolet and Sisk and Hale both fled the vehicle on foot. Authorities said they were taken into custody after a short foot chase. Jordan, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was taken into custody at the Chevrolet, police said.

An arrest report said 20 pounds of methamphetamine, 10 pounds of marijuana and about 12 grams of cocaine were seized from the Chevrolet. According to the report, $1,020 was seized from Sisk.

Sisk, who was driving the vehicle, and Hale were charged with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking marijuana, possession of cocaine with purpose and fleeing, according to the report.

Authorities charged Jordan with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking marijuana and possession cocaine with purpose, a report said.

Sisk and Hale were both listed on Pulaski County jail's inmate roster Monday afternoon. Jordan was not listed on the roster.
