Where Is It?

The Happy Trails hiking column came across this sight while rambling around the state. Do you know where it is?

Hint: A disc golf course provides a pleasant hike in this unexpectedly spacious park near a shopping mall and a busy state highway. Amenities include tennis and basketball courts, a lighted baseball field, picnic tables and a pavilion, a playground with riding toys and, at the right time of year, lots of pine cones.

Hint 2: The park is tucked beside a reservoir named for L.A. Jackson, a 20th-century water works manager.
