Devin Nicole Zamka became the bride of Ethan Luke Burson at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at Alda's Magnolia Hill. Officiating was Danny Stockstill of Brookside Baptist Church, Tulsa.

Parents of the bride are Elisa and George Zamka of Manassas, Va. She is the granddaughter of Alice and the late Charles Walker of Raymond, Miss.; Sofia Perez-Zamka of Cocoa, Fla.; and Wanda and Conrad Zamka of Indianapolis.

Cindy and Dr. Tim Burson of Paron are the parents of the bridegroom. He is the grandson of Lois and the late John Sanderson of Searcy and Linda and George Burson of Little Rock.

Vows were exchanged at an outdoor ceremony overlooking a private lake. On either side of a stone altar were candelabra and urns of dusty pink, ivory, antique green hydrangeas and roses. Shepherd hooks holding arrangements of roses and hydrangeas lined the aisle. Music was by harpist Lily Ices and soloist Grant Burson, brother of the bridegroom.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a mermaid-style gown of ivory lace with a scalloped hem. The sleeveless bodice had a deep V-neckline and illusion low back. She carried a cascade of garden roses, peonies and hydrangeas.

Maid of honor was Lauren Lisak of Holliston, Mass. Bridesmaids were Nicole Lide of League City, Texas; Amanda Cawood of Fort Worth; Madison Stumhofer of Franklin, Tenn.; Jill Holub of Plano, Texas; Bella Garcia of Lubbock, Texas; and Morgan Nixon of St. Louis. They wore nude-colored crepe short-sleeve dresses with V-neck bodices, belted at the waist with floor-length skirts. They carried bouquets of antique green hydrangeas and Lemonade roses.

Flower girls were Mignet Walker of Shady Valley, Tenn., cousin of the bride; and Elena and Clara Burson of Braintree, Vt., cousins of the bridegroom.

Serving as best man was Grant Burson of Paron, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Benjamin Burson of Paron, also brother of the bridegroom.; R.J. Quilao, Wesley White and Nick Kurfess, all of Little Rock; Justin Browne of Waco, Texas; and Daniel Gills of Austin, Texas.

Guests were seated by the bride's Uncles Drew Walker of Colorado Springs; Mark Walker of Madison, Miss.; Jason Walker of Ridgeland, Miss.; Joel Walker of Shady Valley, Tenn.; and Conrad Zamka of Cocoa.

A reception, also at Alda's Magnolia Hill, was held after the ceremony. Guest tables covered in ivory were decorated with white pumpkins, gourds and teacups filled with wedding flowers. The couple left the reception in a 1937 Packard.

The bride graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in nutrition science from Baylor University in Waco, where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. She is a doctoral student of physical therapy at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.

The bridegroom graduated from Baylor with a bachelor's degree in management and was a member of Phi Kappa Chi. He is a police officer with the Houston Police Department.

The couple will live in League City and plan a delayed wedding trip to Park City, Utah.
