Authorities on Monday arrested a 26-year-old man in a fatal shooting outside a central Arkansas apartment complex last week, according to an arrest report.
Terry Miller Jr. of Cabot admitted to his involvement in the killing of 29-year-old James Ward, who was fatally shot in a carjacking at the Chapel Ridge Apartments, which are just outside North Little Rock city limits at 5900 McCain Park Place, according to the report.
The Pulaski County sheriff's office arrested Miller on one count of capital murder. The report did not disclose Miller's involvement in the killing.
