Fayetteville

• Aaron Levine, 30, of 1361 Colonel McNeil Drive in Prairie Grove was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, kidnapping, residential burglary and domestic battering. A woman said Levine dragged her through a window Sunday, then beat and choked her as he dragged her, according to a preliminary police report. Levine was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Lincoln

• Dickie Spears, 55, 11685 S. Wedington Blacktop Road was arrested Sunday in connection with fleeing, aggravated assault, criminal mischief and a parole violation. Spears was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Molly Hyde, 23, of 517 S. Main Ave. in Lincoln was arrested Sunday in connection with terroristic threatening and domestic battering. Hyde was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

• Joshua Allen, 36, of Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering and possession of drug paraphernalia. Allen was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

Fire

Fayetteville

• Firefighters put out a trash container fire that also caught grass afire and threatened buildings at 10:26 a.m. Monday at 2300 N. Old Wire Road. No buildings were damaged.

• Firefighters put out a fire at 8:57 p.m. Sunday at 1101 S. Curtis Ave., B11. The fire broke through the apartment's front door by the time firefighters arrived, said Dale Riggins, administrative assistant. No one was injured. One man refused treatment for possible smoke inhalation. Another family was evacuated from a nearby apartment. Firefighters estimated $80,000 in property damage.

• Robbery was reported at 6:56 a.m. Sunday at 401 W. 24th St., E97.

• Assault or battery was reported at 1 a.m. Sunday at 2718 N. Whistle Post Drive.
