Richard Douglas Hamlin Jr., 28, of 1865 S. Arkansas 59 in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault. Hamlin was being held Friday in the Benton County jail with no bond set.

Kenneth Daniel Dawson, 43, of 19 Ferguson Lane in Pineville, Mo., was arrested Friday in connection with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Dawson was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Donovan Green, 38, of 608 Black Oak Ave. No. 49 in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault of a household and family member. Green was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
• Candice Cooper-Smith, 34, of 615 E. Texas Drive in Anadarko, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with leaving the scene of an accident with injury. Cooper-Smith was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
