• Arianda Vianey Hernandez-Lopez, 21, of 317 Newell Drive in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with filing a false report of criminal wrong doing. Hernandez-Lopez was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Mark Franklin Latino, 37, of 1503 W. Pleasant Grove Road, Unit C in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with two counts of delivery of methamphetamine/cocaine. Latino was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Angela Dawn Luper, 28, of 807 N. Kansas St. in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with criminal conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and criminal conspiracy to deliver cocaine. Luper was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set

• Evelyn Jamileht Flores, 18, of 410 Edge Hill Ave. in Lowell was arrested Monday in connection with three counts of terroristic threatening, three counts of aggravated assault on a family or household member and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Flores was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jason Gamble Dubose, 45, of 7606 Old Eight Loop Road in Rudy was arrested Monday in connection with breaking or entering. Dubose was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Michael Conn, 35, of 1555 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. Conn was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Kevin Lewis, 36, of 1426 N. Boxley Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lewis was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• A structure fire was reported at 8:34 a.m. Tuesday at Harps Food Store at 1274 N. Colorado Drive. People in the store reported smoke in the building. Firefighters arrived and discovered a short in an outlet in the cooler/freezer area. No further damage was reported, according to the fire department.

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 2:06 p.m. Monday at 1125 N. West End Ave. No. A9.
