Derry Birdsong joined the Fayetteville office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette. He has a bachelor's degree in organizational management from John Brown University in Siloam Springs and has spent more than three years in the utility industry in Northwest Arkansas.

Kate Stoner was hired as Prime Real Estate & Development's director of marketing. She graduated from Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Mo., and worked for eight years as a licensed cosmetologist and office manager in Iowa. Stoner also works at James+James Furniture.

Chris Bockelman was named senior vice president and chief financial officer for Ozark Guidance. He is a certified public accountant and worked as an independent broker for Mass Mutual Financial Group through Applied Wealth Management LLC and as area vice president for Option Care. He is president of the Oklahoma Ambulatory Surgery Center Association. Bockelman earned a master's degree in human and health services administration from the University of Oklahoma and bachelor's degree in accounting and general studies from the University of Central Oklahoma.
