Boy transported to Mercy after getting hit by a car

A 13-year-old boy was transported to Mercy Hospital with a broken arm after getting hit by a car, Rogers Police report.

"He ran across the street, not in a cross walk, and the driver clipped him," said Keith Foster, public information officer with the Rogers Police Department.

The accident happened near the 1800th block of 13th Street, Foster said.

There are no charges against the driver.
