Rachel Kathryn Dill became the bride of William Bishop Woosley at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, on the beach at Alys Beach, Fla. Matthew Metcalfe officiated.

Parents of the bride are Nancy Dill and Jimmy Dill, both of Pine Bluff. She is the granddaughter of Ann and the late Starling Bunch of Blytheville and the late Hazel and Carl Dill of England.

The groom is the son of Peggy and Keith Woosley of Conway. His grandparents are the late Floy and William Welch of Little Rock and the late Delma and William Woosley of Searcy.

A white arbor at the ceremony site was decorated with white hydrangeas, ivory roses, white stock and white orchids. A string quartet provided music.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore a chapel-length ballgown with a strapless sweetheart bodice of French lace and tiered over skirt. She carried a cascade of white phalaenopsis orchids, jasmine vine, lemon leaf and eucalyptus.

The bride's honor attendants were Lindsay Edwards Smart of Pine Bluff and Kathrin Ann Raines of Rochester, Minn. Bridesmaids were Katherine Barlow and Ellen Seaton, both of Little Rock; Morgan Cummins and Tamara Woosley, sister of the groom, both of Conway; Lindsey Phillips and Juliane Schweiger, both of White Hall; and Lindsey Teague of Sheridan. Junior bridesmaids were Emma Catherine Dill of North Little Rock, cousin of the bride, and Harper Belle Woosley of Conway, daughter of the groom. They wore mocha-colored off-the-shoulder dresses and carried white bouquets of peonies, roses, ranunculus and scabiosa.

Flower girl and ring bearer were Kinley Grace Dill of North Little Rock, cousin of the bride, and Owen Starling Dill of Pine Bluff, nephew of the bride.

Groomsmen were Justin Allen of Sheridan; Mitchell Berry, Steve Gardner, Jason Henry and Gabe Holmstrom, all of Little Rock; Stephen Deal of Greenbrier; Clayton Dill of Pine Bluff, brother of the bride; Parker McKinley of Conway; and James Wood of Vilonia.

Arrangements of white and ivory hydrangeas, roses and orchids along with a mix of pillar, taper and votive candles in mercury glass holders decorated a tented reception at Central Park in Alys Beach.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing management and financial investments from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She is an account executive at Insight in Conway.

The groom has a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and a law degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law. He is director of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

After a honeymoon in Bora Bora and Moorea, French Polynesia, the couple will live in Conway.
