• Devante Tyrone Caraway, 23, of 605 Torrington Way in Forth Smith was arrested Monday in connection with fleeing; obstructing governmental operations; battery in the second degree; driving while intoxicated; driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license; five counts of aggravated assault; two counts of criminal mischief in the first degree; and two counts of reckless driving. He was being held in the Benton County Jail on Monday with no bond set.
• Joseph Allen Stout, 32, of 647 Aspen Ridge in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with terroristic threatening in the first degree, false imprisonment in the second degree, failure to appear for a misdemeanor offense, and domestic battering in the third degree. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on $6,655 bond.
• Dustin Ray Marvel, 19, of 1100 Blackburn Road in Lowell was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• John Franklin Bittick III, 35, of 1302 W. Banz Road in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with failure to appear for a felony offense. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Tyler Wayne Garrett, 23, of 911 S. 10th St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with a felony parole violation. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Tiffany Nicole Fultz, 27, of 160 N. D St. in Centerton was arrested Sunday in connection with three felony counts of theft by receiving and three misdemeanor accounts of theft by receiving. She was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Tevis Maxwell, 18, of 3044 N. Gregg Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated robbery and aggravated assault. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $15,000 bond.
• Immanuel Foust, 20, of 2902 N. Gregg Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated robbery and aggravated assault. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $15,000 bond.
• Kenneth Dorn, 20, of 1201 Watson Drive in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated robbery and aggravated assault. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $15,000 bond.

• John Joseph Demarest, 39, of Rogers, was arrested Sunday in connection with a felony count of theft by receiving, resisting arrest, possession of firearms by certain persons, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and fleeing. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on $40,000 bond.
• Kenyon Jett Lewis, 20, of 305 N. 35th St. was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault and battery in the third degree. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on $2,500 bond.

• Edwin Alejandro Cabezas-Gaitan, 24, of 620 E. Arkansas 16 was arrested Sunday in connection with terroristic threatening in the first degree and aggravated assault on a family or household member. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
