OneChurchNWA, an outreach of the Joppa House of Prayer in Rogers, 1225 W. Hudson Road, plans a rally from 5 to 10 p.m. June 3 at the splash park at Lawrence Plaza in Bentonville. Twelve pastors and three worship teams of musicians will lead this city-wide prayer and worship event for "the protection and advancement of their city, state and nation."

First Presbyterian Church in Rogers, 1901 S. 26th St., celebrates the payoff of its mortgage with a "note burning" during the 10:30 a.m. worship service Sunday. The Rev. Stewart Smith, general presbyter of the Arkansas Presbytery, will preach, and a women's chorus, Seeds of Faith from Overland Park, Kan., will provide music. A potluck lunch will be served after the service.
The church sponsors the Leslie Shupe Art School at 10 a.m. every Saturday, through June 10. Classes are for adults and children ages 7 and older, including acrylics, taught by Joe Lay; water color, taught by Anita Carroll; oil by Debi Ortega; and drawing and pastels by Cindy Shepherd. Bella Vista Community Church, 75 E. Lancashire Blvd., offers a new women's Bible study covering Bad Girls of the Bible by Liz Curtis Higgs. The study meets from 9:30 to 11 a.m. starting June 1. Cost is $17.50 for materials.
The church currently accepts registration for a summer arts camp June 19-23. The camp, for children entering first to sixth grades, includes classes on hand chimes, guitar, line dancing, card making, watercolor collage, weaving, junk sculpture and more.
