A Little Rock store clerk fired a pistol at three men after they attempted to rob him outside the business Saturday, police said.

Officer Ryan Stubenrauch arrived at the DoubleBee's Exxon at 7700 Scott Hamilton Drive about 5:30 p.m. after hearing gunshots in the area, according to his account.

Stubenrauch reviewed security footage at the gas station and saw that a man was working behind the register when a red Toyota Camry pulled up to a fuel pump.

After locating and interviewing the clerk, later identified as 23-year-old Stanley Hunter, police reported that he was the victim of an armed robbery.

In the video, the officer observed Hunter walk outside, at which point he left the view of the security camera, Stubenrauch reported. Three men then got out of the Camry and walked toward Hunter's red 2008 Ford Mustang parked nearby, and the Mustang's passenger door swung open, police said.

Stubenrauch reported he then saw the three men run back toward their Camry while Hunter ran after them, firing a pistol in their direction.

Two men fled in the Camry, police said. The third man was left behind, and Hunter ran after him for a brief time before he got in his car and left the gas station, the report said.

Police did not name any suspects in the report.

Police told woman beat, shot at men

Two people told police that a woman struck one of them in the head with a handgun and fired shots at the other at a Little Rock gas station Sunday night, authorities said.

Officers arrived at UAMS Medical Center and spoke with a 17-year-old who said he was at the Shell gas station at 5103 Asher Ave. about 9:10 p.m., according to a police report.

The teen told police a woman had struck him in the head with a handgun. He had an abrasion above his left eye, police noted.

The teen told authorities that the woman also shot at a 22-year-old man before both victims were taken in a private car to the hospital.

Police also spoke with the man, who said the woman shot at him after he was involved in a fight in the parking lot of the gas station.

He suffered an injury to his lower back, though it was not clear if that injury was from a gunshot, police said.

The woman identified by police as a suspect had not been arrested as of noon Monday, according to online records.

Kiosk burgled twice, owner tells police

A kiosk at Little Rock's Park Plaza has been burglarized twice in two weeks, according to authorities.

The owner of iMobile Smart Fix, in front of Victoria's Secret on the mall's second floor, said the business was broken into about 12:25 a.m. Saturday.

The burglar cut through a banner and crawled through a hole before finding the cash register and stealing $120, according to a Little Rock Police Department report.

Three of the surveillance camera's wires were cut before the money was stolen, however footage from the burglary was still available, officers noted.

Another burglary at the kiosk was reported two weeks before in which the same burglar was observed on camera stealing from the business, the owner told police.

No suspects were named, and no arrests had been made at the time of the report.
