• Christina Dawn Bowien-Brown, 40, of Route 3, Box 484 in Westville, Okla., was arrested Friday in connection with theft of property. Bowien-Brown was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Thomas Edward Fox, 31, of 308 Duff Ave. in Sulphur Springs was arrested Friday in connection with felony fleeing. Fox was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Lucas Joe Robinson, 36, of 106 Lockeed in Bentonville was arrested Friday in connection with residential burglary, first-degree stalking and first-degree terroristic threatening Robinson was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Christopher York, 24, of Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with leaving the scene of an accident with injury, robbery and possession of drug paraphernalia. York was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.
• Joshua Cunningham, 31, of 1753 E. Zion Road in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with a parole violation, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, possession of a firearm by a certain person, four counts of possession of a controlled substance and second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Cunningham was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.
• Christopher Willis, 30, of 1897 McRay Ave. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. Willis was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.

• Charles Griffin, 18, of 39 Fairway Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault and theft by receiving. Griffin was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.
• Ellsworth Comer, 21, of 860 Carroll County 305 in Eureka Springs was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault and theft by receiving. Comer was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $655 bond.
• Alexander Harris, 19, of 2101 Cambridge St. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with second-degree battery. Harris was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.

• Jennifer Yancey, 27, of 1753 E. Zion Road, Apt. B9 in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with four counts of possession of a controlled substance, second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm. Yancey was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.
• Chad Graham, 42, of 1383 Hillis Place in Elkins was arrested Thursday in connection with rape. He was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $20,000 bond. The Washington County Sheriff's Office cited state law 12-18-104 and said it excludes the release of more information. The law pertains to excluding information about child maltreatment.
