4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Martin Campos, 19, of 920 N. Leverett in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, manufacture of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a minor. Campos was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Russell Angelo Herd, 47, of 8862 Mockingbird Road in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with first-degree terroristic threatening. Herd was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Rickey Allen Lay Jr., 24, of 2919 Meridian Place, Apt. 2 in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony fleeing. Lay was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Lamont Sims, 42, of 1172 Cato Springs, No. 1172 was arrested Monday in connection with fourth-degree sexual assault and failure to register as a sex offender. Sims was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Daniel Goodman, 27, of 11765 Elk Ridge Road in Elkins was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault of a family or household member. Goodman was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
