PEA RIDGE -- The Pea Ridge Farmers Market's season will open today.
The market will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, beginning this week, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Today's market will feature summer crops and baked goods. Vendors also will sell blackberries, peaches, tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers.
On Sunday, market coordinator Carol Roper hopes to line up a vendor to sell corn. J.D. Hudson is expected to feature his grilling meats and eggs.
