• David Catania, 52, of Antiochville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Catania was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Louis Jibaiur, 20, of 580 E. Randall Wobbe Lane was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault of a family or household member. Jibaiur was released from the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday.

• A vehicle theft was reported at 6:39 a.m. Thursday at 588 Caroline Claire St.
• A vehicle theft was reported at 8:04 a.m. Thursday at 4233 W. Sunset Ave.
