• Josie Graves-Long, 22, of 2038 N. Shannon Drive was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Graves-Long was being held Monday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Eric Swinferd, 24, no address listed, was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated residential burglary, residential burglary, theft of property, fleeing and possession of a controlled substance. Swinferd was being held Monday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $5,000.

• Samuel Cadarette, 30, of 16628 E. U.S. 412 in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with fraudulent use of a credit card and three counts of theft of property. Cadarette was being held Monday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Billy Elliott, 44, of 17836 Harmon Road in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a firearm by certain persons and violating parole. Elliott was being held Monday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
