Some unsolicited thoughts for local liberals

I have some unsolicited advice for our local liberals. Like all unsolicited advice, it's free and, therefore, worth the money you pay for.

1. The standard liberal rhetoric against Republicans is insane. You can disagree without calling other people racists, homophobic, misogynistic, etc. Or, at least, you should be able to do that. Can you?

2. Smearing people as racists has consequences. "You're white, so shut up" is not an argument.

3. Radical liberalism doesn't play well in America. That's why you've lost over 1,030 seats nationwide over the past eight years, and the Democratic Party is a regional party, not national.

4. Maybe unlimited executive power wasn't such a great idea? Remember "I've got a pen and I've got a phone?" Because now, you've got a Republican who is going to be continuing those policies, just in a different direction.

5. Trying to win social policy through judges creates a backlash. Again, reference that 1,030 seats thing. If radical liberalism had been content with San Francisco and other liberal strongholds, and not needing judges to force the liberal agenda down the rest of America's throat, we wouldn't be inaugurating Trump.

6. Hillary Clinton? Really?

7. Political correctness is way overboard. Once again, reference that astounding 1,030 seats number.

As for me, I played Steam's "Na Na Hey Hey, Kiss Him Goodbye" at exactly noon eastern Friday at the highest possible volume. What can I say? I'm a sucker for the oldies.
