• Justin Cody Atkins, 33, of 2200 E. Broadway St. in North Little Rock was arrested Wednesday in connection with fraudulent use of a credit/debit card, theft by receiving and theft of property. Atkins was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Kristopher David Clark, 40, of 1202 C Court in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with manufacture of a controlled substance. Clark was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Brittany Nicole Eoff, 32, of 303 E. Green Acres Drive in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with manufacture of a controlled substance. Eoff was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Kassia Nascimento, 30, of Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Nascimento was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.
• Marlon West, 33, of 84 E. Seventh St. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with terroristic threatening. West was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.
• Anthony McEntire, 35, of 3524 Parsons Road in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering and failure to appear. McEntire was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $179,445.

• Terri Jo Thomas, 33, of 12699 Hamilton Drive in Gentry was arrested Wednesday in connection with first-degree forgery. Thomas was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Shane Allen Penny, 48, of 1706 W. Persimmon was arrested Wednesday in connection with second-degree domestic battering. Penny was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail.

• Joseph Udulutch, 38, of Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft of property and breaking and entering a building. Udulutch was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.
• Ciera Ramirez, 30, of 1408 Christy Drive was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ramirez was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,500 bond.
• Jessica Freeman, 27, of 608 Huckleberry Lane was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Freeman was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,500 bond.

• Michael Kubicek, 27, of 2780 N. Sierra Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with theft by receiving. Kubicek was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.
