Tyler Peters, BSN, RN, CVRN-BC, CEN, was promoted to director of inpatient medical services at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith. Peters has nearly 10 years of direct patient care experience and five years of leadership experience at Sparks. Peters has served in the U.S. Air Force since 2004 and was recently promoted to captain. He is pursuing a master’s degree in nursing sciences at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Cynthia Sides was named director of the Office of Industry Engagement at the University of Arkansas. Sides received her doctorate in chemistry and biochemistry from UA in 2007. She has been with the Office of Vice Provost for Research and Economic Development since 2013.

Phillip Stokes was named Electric Department director for the city of Siloam Springs. He was customer support services superintendent with the Grand River Dam Authority. He also worked in the relay department of the coal fire plant in Pryor, Okla.

G. Nick Arnold of the Rogers Kutak Rock LLP office was promoted to partner. His practice focuses on banking and commercial lending, real estate acquisition and conveyance, contracts and commercial transactions. He provides a range of representation including the enforcement of real estate and personal property security interests, loan transactions and compliance with laws and regulations concerning emerging privacy issues.

Dale Brown of Kutak Rock LLP’s Fayetteville office was promoted to partner. Brown has jury trial experience and some of his clients include financial institutions, medical providers in medical malpractice matters, commercial contractors, and Fortune 100 companies in tort and commercial matters. He also represents landowners pertaining to land use, zoning, and other governmental regulation.

Samantha Leflar of the Fayetteville office of Kutak Rock LLP was promoted to partner. She represents corporate clients in commercial, employment, professional negligence and class action disputes. She has defended individual and class action lawsuits involving contracts, deceptive trade practices, regulatory and statutory violations, intentional torts, negligence, and default judgments.

Keith Hoggard joined Crye- Leike Real Estate Services’ Fayetteville office. He specializes in residential real estate with a focus on investment properties and helping first-time home buyers. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arkansas Realtor Association and the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors.
