SPRINGDALE -- Police think one man is responsible for a series of similar robberies in the Northwest Arkansas area, according to a press release Saturday.

Since Nov. 11, police have responded to several robberies at convenient stores or dollar stores, according to the press release.

Police are looking for a dark skinned male between the ages of 35-45, standing between 5'9" and 6' tall and weighing between 210-240 pounds.

The man enters a store with his face covered and wearing a hooded sweat shirt each time before demanding money from the clerk. No weapon has been seen and no injuries have occurred in any of these robberies, according to the release.

A robbery was reported at 10:05 p.m. Friday at the Dollar General at 2108 W. Huntsville Ave, and police believe this man is connected, spokesman Lt. Jeff Taylor said.
