• Adam Barrios, 31, of 2105 W. Emma St. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of theft of property. Barrios was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Steven Swain, 48, of 305 N. West St. was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to comply with child sex offender report. Swain was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Gerardo Rodriguez, 24, of 4757 CB Place Duplex A was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Rodriguez was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Pea Ridge

• Riley Ahrens Blair, 26, of 385 Lynn Drive in Pea Ridge was arrested Thursday in connection with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Blair was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jeffrey Aaron Johnston, 26, of 385 Lynn Drive in Pea Ridge was arrested Thursday in connection with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnston was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Tessa Shane Welch, 27, of 385 Lynn Drive in Pea Ridge was arrested Thursday in connection with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Welch was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County

• A mobile home fire was reported at 12:27 a.m. Friday at 14805 Hubbard Road in Prairie Grove. The home was destroyed, according to the county fire marshal. No one was injured and the Red Cross was called to assist the occupants, according to the marshal.

• An electrical fire was reported at 9:11 a.m. Friday at 3741 Old Wire Road in Fayetteville. No structures were involved, according to the county fire marshal.
