Longtime Fayetteville business Rick's Bakery is bringing their service north with the opening of their new Rogers location in summer 2018.
"We've been begged for years to go north," Jennifer Krodell, business development manager, said. "We're stepping out in faith and hoping tbat we can service a bigger area."
Rick's Bakery started as a donut shop in 1980 in what is now Rick's Streetside Studio. Cakes and cupcakes were eventually added until the bakery grew to what it is now.
The Fayetteville location is at 1220 N. College Ave.
The Rogers location will be at 4600 W. Rozell St. in what is the former Dixie Cafe.
