Owners want to give smaller brewers chance to compete with conglomerates

At some point over the next few weeks, kegs of Founders will kick at Pizzeria Paradiso, and bottles of Wicked Weed will run out of stock. And when they do, the restaurant's four Washington-area locations will never sell another drop.
