4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Edward Harris, 49, of 130 Carroll County 639 in Berryville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harris was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Joseph Ryan Nichols, 35, of 5 Tamworth Circle in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with possession of firearms by certain persons and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nichols was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Centerton

• Scott W. West, 27, of 196 Fair St. in Centerton was arrested Thursday in connection with domestic battering and residential burglary. West was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Christopher Pairscoff, 30, of 201 N. Gem Trail was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pairscoff was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Sulphur Springs

• Kasandra Lynn Bowen, 27, of 220 Duff Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of delivery or manufacture counterfeit controlled substance. Bowen was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Ricky Lee Tanney, 30, of 220 S. Duff Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of delivery or manufacture counterfeit controlled substance, carrying a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tanney was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Indecent exposure was reported at 3:21 p.m. Thursday at 8515 W. Goose Creek Road in Farmington.
