Autumn Tolbert was the attorney representing Jimmy Lee Hancock, whose case in Washington County Circuit Court was dropped this week after Tolbert filed a motion arguing Hancock's right to speedy trial had been violated. A judge agreed. A reference to Tolbert's lawyer in Friday's editorial used the incorrect pronoun.
