FAYETTEVILLE -- Police arrested a 19-year-old man after finding child pornography on his cellphone, according to a preliminary arrest report.

Turrell Grisham was arrested Friday at the Washington County Detention Center in connection with three counts of computer child pornography and three counts of engaging children in sexually explicit conduct for use in visual or print medium, according to the report.

Grisham was in the jail since his arrest in January in connection with second-degree domestic battery and second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.

Grisham's mother called police and reported explicit photos of children on his cellphone, according to the preliminary report. Police identified compromising photos of a 15-year-old girl, a 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy, according to the report.

Grisham was given a $5,000 bond Friday on the new charges.
