More details emerge in Northwest Arkansas kickback indictment

An amended indictment removes one against former state Sen. Jon Woods and adds four charges against him and his alleged co-conspirators in a kickback scheme.

Arraignment

A new arraignment on the amended charges is set for 10 a.m. Monday in federal court in Fayetteville.
