The bride is the daughter of Melanie Anne Baden of Cammack Village and Amy and Charles Wesley Baden of Little Rock. She is the granddaughter of Linda and Paul Staton of Cleveland, Tenn.; Kaye and Marvin Baden and Verbal Carnahan, all of Stuttgart; the late James Crowley Wood of Fairhope, Ala.; Kim and Bobby Pruitt of Beebe; Linda and George Gleason II of Little Rock; and Miriam and Lewis Sterling of Cumming, Ga.

Jannie and Tom Maxwell of North Little Rock are the parents of the bridegroom. He is the grandson of the late Odette and Richard Nelson of North Little Rock and the late Betty and Phillip Maxwell of Springfield, Ill.

Nuptial music was by organist Phillip Quick.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory satin and tulle gown embellished with beaded Venice lace appliques. The fitted bodice had cap sleeves and a silver medallion belt of pearls and crystals. The slim trumpet skirt had a detachable layered ball gown overskirt of French tulle that extended to a semi-cathedral train. She carried a bouquet of white peonies, ivory hydrangeas, huckleberry and eucalyptus.

Victoria McDuffie of Little Rock served as her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Tiffany Maxwell of North Little Rock, sister of the bridegroom; Alexandra Baden, cousin of the bride, and Hannah Rutherford, both of Little Rock; Katelyn Ratcliff of Flower Mound, Texas; Erin Hedrick of Dallas; and Mary Catherine Schmidt of Fayetteville. They wore rose-colored gowns and carried foliage bouquets with ivory lisianthus.

Flower girl and ring bearer were Emery Merriman and Brody Baden, both cousins of the bride and both of Little Rock.

Best man was Stephen Tyler McKimmey of Dallas. Groomsmen were Joseph Glancy, Blevin Brown and Jake Baden, brother of the bride, all of Little Rock; Paul Drake of North Little Rock; Steven Spaulding of Fayetteville; and Jon David Bruning of Maumelle. Guests were seated by Jack Baden of Little Rock, cousin of the bride; Alex Shindler of Memphis; and Hayden Scharff of Fayetteville.

A reception at the Robinson Center Grand Ballroom was held after the ceremony. Tables were decorated with garlands, arrangements of peonies, roses and hydrangeas and candles. Music was by the Party Jammers.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and a master's degree in advertising from Southern Methodist University. She is marketing director at Moses Tucker Real Estate.

The bridegroom is also a graduate of UA. He has a bachelor's degree in biology and is a pharmaceutical sales representative.

After a wedding trip to Europe, the couple will live in Little Rock.
