Julie Olsen was promoted to director of development for University Initiatives and will assume fundraising responsibilities for the graduate school, international education and the Office of Research and Economic Development at the University of Arkansas. She will work with volunteers from each unit to raise private gift support, reporting to Kim Needy, dean of the graduate school and international education, and Jim Rankin, vice provost of the Office of Research and Economic Development.

Kim Lyons of Fayetteville joined Crye­-Leike's Fayetteville branch office. He specializes in residential real estate, commercial, farm and land. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Arkansas Association of Realtors.

Dr. Abby Baldwin joined FirstCare Family Doctors North, a Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas clinic. Baldwin is an honors graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Practice. She specializes in general family practice.
