Ernie scored on runs of 25 and 82 yards in the first quarter for a 14-0 De Queen lead.
Hope's lone score came on Austin Stubber 24-yard pass to Jarrael Henry with 3:14 left in the second quarter to cut the De Queen lead to 14-7.
Stubber finished with 255 yards on 23 of 39 passing.
Drew Dykes, who rushed for 106 yards on 21 carries, accounted for De Queen's other scores, on a 1-yard run with 12 seconds left in the first half and a 3-yard run with 10 minutes left in the third quarter.
