• Kevin Ray Adams, 50, of 2808 S.E. Third St. in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony contempt of court. Adams was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Shawn Allen Linton, 42, of 1095 N. Arkansas 59 in Siloam Springs was arrested Wednesday in connection with false evidence of title or registration, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Linton was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Carl Merlo, 55, of 5301 S.W. Villa, No. 24 in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with Internet stalking of a child and sexually grooming a child. Merlo was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Miles Johnson, 24, of 4165 Bradstreet Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson was at the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $3,200 on Wednesday.
Springdale
• Robert Bills, 27, of 1201 Flynt St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault, second-degree battery and a parole violation. Bills was in a scuffle with police officers Tuesday night, according to a preliminary police report. One officer's hand was hurt during the incident, a police spokesman said in email. Bills was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Wednesday.
• Phonepasith Keoounheuane, 29, of 2502 S. Jill Circle, Apt. A in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and resisting arrest. Keoounheuane was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond Wednesday.
• Lewi Say, 24, of 750 S. 40th St. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Say was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond Wednesday.
