• Justin Short, 21, of 612 Summers Road in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with criminal impersonation, resisting arrest, furnishing prohibited articles, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. Short was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $175,000 and a hold from another department.
• Jessie Hill, 25, of 528 Summers Road in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Hill was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,765.
Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Steven James Smith, 31, of 2007 SW G St. in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with first-degree forgery. Smith was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Ronald Dean McCool, 44, of 2500 W. Oak St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with fleeing by vehicle with extreme indifference. McCool was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Lesha Jesse, 27, of 2660 Wedington Drive was arrested Thursday in connection with robbery and breaking or entering. Jesse was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $3,500.
• Brandon Boyd, 33, of 2868 Strawberry Drive was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Boyd was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,500.
Springdale
• Dylan Dodd, 25, of 2705 Backus St. Apt. A was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dodd was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting bond.
• Ron Eddleman, 35, of 3000 N. Huntsville Ave. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with theft by receiving, fleeing and violating parole. Eddleman was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Dustin Frakes, 26, of 1397 E. Farmers Road in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by receiving. Frakes was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $5,000.
• Ladarius Smith, 19, of 1733 Reap Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with theft by receiving and fraudulent use of a credit card. Smith was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,500.
• Justin King, 26, of 114 Valley West Drive in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property and possession of drug paraphernalia. King was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,500 and a hold from another department.
• Lennon DeClaro, 24, of 3028 Orchard St. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. DeClaro was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $3,500.
University of Arkansas Police
• Samuel Dye, 21, of 2071 N. Chestnut Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with breaking or entering, theft of property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dye was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,500 and a hold from another department.

• Christopher Parks, 20, of 720 Holcomb St. Apt. G in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Parks was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.
• Trey Richardson, 42, of 4080 Wyman Road in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Richardson was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $4,615.
