Henderson scored on runs of 47, 76 and 82 yards.
Garrett Kennedy also ran for three touchdowns on just five carries. Kennedy scored on rushes of 13 10 and 36 yards.
Trey McGhee passed 5 yards to Logan Lowe for a Quitman score and Dylon Sykes ran 1 yards for the other touchdown.
Poyen's scores came on a 1-yard run by Max Manneman for the game's first score and Caleb McNay's 4-yard run in the fourth period.
Eli Peck led Quitman's defense with 15 tackles.
