Construction of a driveway and drainage structures for a new fast-food restaurant will require a weeklong lane closure on U.S. 270 east of Hot Springs beginning Friday, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
The outside westbound lane will be closed between Stanage Terrace and Stanage Drive in the 3700 block of U.S. 270, also called Malvern Avenue, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily through Oct. 28, weather permitting. The work is associated with a new Sonic Drive-In, the department said.
