Hint: The boardwalk crosses a boggy area in a wildlife refuge that's famously -- and importantly -- soggy, swampy and flood-prone. Established by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1935 for the protection of migrating birds, it was renamed in 2014 in honor of a former U.S. senator.

Hint 2: The refuge is the home of the state's only native population of black bears as well as the state champion cypress tree.

Think you know? See the answer on Page 3E.
