Funnel cake! Funnel cake! T-shirt! Basket!

It's that time of year, when shoppers -- mostly women, let's be honest -- don matching denim shirts and head out to the crafts fairs. Although the crowds aren't as big as they once were, the fairs still offer homemade and handcrafted gifts, novelties and treasures -- and the thrill of the hunt -- beginning Wednesday.
