FAYETTEVILLE -- Arkansas' 20 assists in its 89-76 victory over Mount St. Mary's on Monday night was more than the Razorbacks combined for in their previous two games.

The Razorbacks (4-1) had 10 assists in struggling to beat Texas-Arlington 71-67 and eight assists in their 85-71 loss at Minnesota.

"We saw a team that shared the basketball," Arkansas Coach Mike Anderson said . "We moved the ball and we shared it, and guys did a good job of finishing."

Eleven Razorbacks had at least one assist and senior center Moses Kingsley matched his career high with four assists. Senior guard Manny Watkins also had four assists.

Anderson used all 12 of the Razorbacks' scholarship players, with 10 getting between 26 and 13 minutes.

"We played a lot of guys, and we got efficient minutes out of those guys," Anderson said. "I saw a lot of positive things, especially coming off the Minnesota loss. We had a bad taste in our mouths, so we needed to play someone."

Good ball movement helped the Razorbacks shoot 47.8 percent from the field, including 51.4 percent in the first half when they took a 45-37 lead.

Arkansas hit 8 of 19 three-pointers after being 1 of 8 at Minnesota. Dusty Hannahs hit a three-pointer with four minutes left against the Golden Gophers to extend the Razorbacks' streak with at least one to 910 games.

Hannahs, 9 of 21 on three-pointers coming into the Mount St. Mary's game, missed all five three-pointers against the Mountaineers. Daryl Macon and Anton Beard were 2 of 3 and Jaylen Barford 2 of 4.

"We played with a lot more confidence on the offensive end," Macon said. "We just played our game, and we weren't thinking about it.

"Last week when we played Minnesota, we were thinking about our shots and hesitating on shooting it."

The Razorbacks had a season-low seven turnovers against Mount St. Mary's after having a season-high 21 at Minnesota.

"I thought we made good decisions," Anderson said. "We didn't try to make the 50-50 pass.

"The Minnesota game, you watch some of those turnovers, we'd go inside and have a shot, and we'd try to make a pass at the last minute to a guy. I thought we were very careless with the basketball."

Arkansas outscored Mount St. Mary's 48-34 on points in the paint and hit 17 of 25 free throws.

"It was good to see us attack inside and then we made some shots as well," Anderson said.

The Razorbacks play Stephen F. Austin (2-2) on Thursday night and Austin Peay (4-2) on Saturday night in Walton Arena.

"The games come rolling," Anderson said. "Let's see if we can continue to get better."
